Yummy toasted with marmalade!
Easy to make delicious bread that turned out great. I cooked it in my Combi Microwave on 210C which is the highest setting on the cooker. The pack said cook on 220C so I needed to add a further 10 minutes to cooking time. Been making bread for decades. This is a good wholemeal bread flour. If you are a beginner to bread making this is an easy flour to work with. I left it to rise covered by the side of my radiator. Rose in no time! Slices easily.
I make rolls and loaves of bread from scratch regularly and have come to expect a good quality dough every time from this flour. I have used many other brands and this one stands out as one of the best. Have never had a problem with taste, the bread comes out fantastic.

Best flour I ever used to bake with my bread machine. I will definitely buy it again.
I make by hand. This makes lovely bread. Lovely crumb, no sponginess. Lovely eating and flavour. While the loaf is dense, it does not "sit on your chest" after eating. Light as a feather.
Makes wonderful bread
I wouldn't be without it. This flour makes by far the best healthy bread, and it works even for a less than brilliant baker like me. I use a bit more water than recommended on the recipe on the bag, no oil at all, and a good baking paper. The dough really is very elastic and strong. Without much kneading, the resulting bread has a good, hearty bite and a lovely taste. And it is very, very good for you.
