Pierce film lid several times. Place container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/ Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve.

I really like swede on it's own. Only 2 places sell it frozen and this is my treat when I can't get them

This was my first swede and I searched internet for the nutrition information. The swede seems to be very ideal for the cold uk . B6 , K, c,e , iron , magnesium , potassium etc all what I wish for ! Safe even if I forget to top up my tablet stock. Thanks to the flash sale, I have discovered this product - beautiful yellow colour to boost your happiness of your arty dish and very tasty. No bitterness and sweet - it tastes like radish without bitterness ( white long one ) and sweet potatoes ! I love this as no gluten to replace my pasta . Healthy ! Goes with a tuna salad for a quick lunch . Thank you
Genuine swede without the hassle!
This is a weekly staple. Full flavour swede, so easy to cook and delicious. I struggle to chop whole swede as I don't have the strength in my wrists and this is a fantastic alternative without the hard work! Excellent value for money. 5 mins in the microwave and done!
beautiful
fresh and properly cooked swede. Added butter and black pepper and tasted exactly like I had peeled and cooked myself ( which I can't do now) will be a regular purchase!

Love swede so thought worth trying this when on offer. Regrettably, and rarely, ended up in bin as lumpy and unpleasant.
