This pasta is made in Italy with free range egg and Italian ¿00¿ flour. We use the best quality ingredients and traditional methods of production to achieve the finest quality fresh pasta.
One of these methods is to slowly extrude the pasta through a bronze die, creating a textured product with a rough surface, allowing the sauces to hold well.

Very low on flavour - tastes watery. Wasnt the quality we expected for the price. Wouldnt buy again.
Lovely pasta. Thin. Good texture.
Not the same after rebranding
These are not the same after their rebranding... their entire product range has taken a turn for the worse, including the artwork. we used to get these weekly, but are not trying to find a replacement
So much nicer than dried pasta and has a much longer life than other fresh pasta I've had brought. Weekly purchase here.
I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I usually buy good quality dried pasta. However this had a lovely flavour; I suspect due to the high egg content. One packet provides two very generous servings. Would be particularly good with more delicately flavoured simple sauces. Expensive but worth the money - try it - you won't be disappointed.
Really lovely fresh pasta - cooks brilliantly. I don't think I can ever eat dried pasta again!
