Preparation: To prepare one serving, fill a shaker with 250 ml water or 250 ml semi-skimmed milk, add 30 g powder (approx. 3 tablespoons and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Alternatively: Stir 30 g into 250 ml max. 60 C hot water. Increased caffeine content (32 mg 100 ml).
