Mazola Corn Oil is 100% corn oil, from specially selected corn crops, sun grown since 1911. We always wait for the corn to fully ripen to develop high quality corn oil.

Corn oil is lower in saturated fat than olive oil and coconut oil and. It is free from trans fats and free from genetically modified ingredients or allergens. Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian diets.

Mazola Corn Oil is a great everyday oil, from roasting to sautéing, stir frying and deep frying, its subtle flavour means it won’t affect the taste of your food. Corn oil also has a high smoke point so it is ideal for frying.

Do not heat above 375°F(190°C)
Do not fill any frying pan more than 1/3 full and never leave it unattended while heating.
Do not pour hot oil back into the bottle-allow it to cool first.
Chips should be well drained before frying.
