In the oven...
Preheat the oven to 230°C/220°C fan/gas mark 8. Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 14 - 16 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

Not chips
Fake McDonald's chips taste better! What happened to this brand?! Cooked them over an hour and still not properly done. On 220C fan!

Strange taste to these oven chips, almost fishy or meaty. Glad I only got 900g bag, I shall steer clear!

Crispy Golden Delight
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these fries; they've truly reclaimed their spot in my kitchen. They came out perfectly golden and long, with none of the black spots that often mar other brands. Their crispy texture and consistent taste remind me of why they became my favorite in the first place. Here's to hoping that this isn't just a one-time stroke of luck and that the excellence continues because I'm looking forward to making these a regular on my shopping list again.
