Not the same.
Unlike some of the other reviewers I ate these as a child and have continued to eat them throughout my adult years. They have seen me through many a night duty as a student nurse, a staff nurse and a ward sister. However they are not the same as they were and although I still love them they are not the club biscuits of my youth. For a start they are smaller than they were but worse than that is the covering of chocolate or lack of it. The last pack I got had so little chocolate on the back that I could see the biscuit underneath. Take it from me they used to also have a large piece of chocolate on the ends which I used to enjoy gnawing at before biting into the biscuit itself, That piece of chocolate is long gone. Such a shame that these have changed but as a club biscuit addict I continue to buy them and put up with the inferior product.

I was gifted these to review by Ocado, I dont think Ive eaten them since the 80s! Loved them, would definitely recommend

Have been buying these for donkey shoes to put in a pet lunch box and there's still as good as ever... However, they don't have quite as much of a thickness of chocolate at the front and back like I remember lol
