less salt

I concur with the comments on flavour. There is a salt reduction programme where government reduction targets need to be met. The salt gives the flavour a boost. Reducing it makes food taste insipid.

Not the \x22Original\x22 anymore!

There should be a warning on these biscuits. I really thought I'd been dealt a dodgy batch! Really horrible taste and texture. Can't believe Mcvities would change the recipe to this extent. Tastes like bland baked gruel. Just awful. Won't be buying again.

These are lovely biscuits been buying them for years and they are still tasty, buttery and delicious.

Better than any others

I received these as a sample to review from Ocado. These are the best digestive biscuits you can buy. I have tried the other non brand ones but these just taste better. Make a good base for cheesecake, too.
