Merchant Gourmet Dried Giant Tricolour Couscous

With a hint of paprika and spinach, this Tricolour Giant Couscous has been toasted to give a deliciously nutty flavour. It's great at absorbing flavours during cooking and has a bouncy I texture, making it a versatile alternative to pasta or rice.

Serving suggestion: For a hearty, colourful salad, roast chopped beetroot, red onion and cherry tomatoes until slightly charred. Toss the roasted veg with the cooked Tricolour Giant Couscous, then top with fresh pesto and basil leaves.
Preparation instructions: Rinse 100g couscous thoroughly in cold water. Bring 500ml water or stock to the boil in a large saucepan, then add the couscous. Stir, cover and leave to simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the couscous has softened but is slightly firm to the bite. Drain, rinse and use in your favourite recipes.
