Preparation and Usage
Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains.
For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy them cold.
A recipe for change
For a quick and tasty plant-based paella, simply sauté Mediterranean vegetables with a sprinkle of paprika then add stock, the Spanish-style grains and a squeeze of lemon juice. Simmer until reduced then garnish with parsley and a lemon wedge, serve and enjoy!

Delicious and simple
Love the smoky flavour, really delicious in the summer with some bbq lamb kebabs and a nice salad
Delicious
This is really lovely and quick to add to some chicken or fish for a quick midweek healthy meal
Delicious, fast meal
I've got a drawer full of these at all times (along with some of the Korean ones). They make a really delicious super fast meal. I like to throw a chopped red onion & chopped bell pepper in a pan with some olive oil, soften, add this with a splash of water, smoked paprika & a pinch of salt. Also great to stuff peppers with. In fact there's probably a ton of ways you could jazz it up or incorporate it into a bigger meal. Currently, it is saving me from either skipping meals due to not having any energy to cook, or from grabbing something unhealthy.
Quick and easy
Great for an easy lunch, mix in with some salad and feels like you've made more effort than you have
not amazing mostly rice!
not amazing mostly overpriced portion of rice with you grains!
We like it
Its good on its own (I always add a bit of spice, smoked paprika and some chilli). Roast some veg (peppers onions etc whatever we have in the fridge). Add some Spanish style sausage (were veggie so its Lindas chorizo style for us). When nearly done, add this rice & grains in a thin layer over the veg, some olive oil maybe, and heat for ten minutes. Almost pallella without the faff!
