Rather like condensed peanut butter

Smooth, thick, dense, a little oily, very slightly grainy. Rather like condensed peanut butter - delicious, although not quite as strongly flavoured.

why the higher cost for larger jar?

My favourite almond butter, only question is why does a bigger jar cost more per g than a smaller one?

great size

Lovely taste. I prefer it to peanut butter sometimes and this size is great for our family. I can use it in recipes for protein balls and not run out so quick.

Oily

We found our jar contents very oily, the butter itself had gone hard and was really difficult to mix and get to a spreadable or usable consistency. Tasted ok, but I won't buy again.

Great alternative to peanut butter

Sent this by Ocado to review. This was a real success in our house, and will become a regular purchase for us. The family were really impressed with the texture and loved the taste. Really tastes of almonds- absolutely delicious. Not heavy either. Give it a try
