Product Information
Nero di Troia is a red grape variety native to Puglia, a region in southern Italy. It is one of the region’s three main red grapes, alongside Primitivo and Negroamaro. Compared to Primitivo, which is fruitier and jammy, Nero di Troia is more structured, with higher tannins that make it more age-worthy. Compared to Negroamaro, which is often earthy and herbaceous, Nero di Troia has more floral and spicy notes.
