Pretty bit drying
This handwash looks so pretty which is why I bought it. But it dries my hands out terribly, unfortunately. Regarding the pump, you actually can make it work but it's very subtle and fiddly to set it up. You need a lot of time and patience to get it to slot into place but after that it does work.
Rubbish pump
Like other reviewers I could not get the pump to work and had to decant into another bottle. Also did not like the grapefruit smell.
Diluted soap
The soap is quite thin and watery. Lots of waste as it comes out too quickly from the pump and lands directly in the sink. It does not foam very well. The soap smells nice. I did not have an issue with the pump like other reviewers.
Ocado, Please Tell Method: MUST FIX PUMP
If you can't use it, what good is a product? Pump does not work. Used to be, was hard to open, then worked after that. NO MORE. Now, pump stops working even after it starts. Read reviews - most complain about pump. Why would the manufacturer of such a good product not fix this? *If you can't use* the product, does it matter if the product is good? WARNING - DO NOT BUY. (I hope they fix this)

Great hand wash nice smell. Have used many in the range all very good
pump not great
not sure I like the smell, very sharp, more so than I expected for grapefruit. Hard pump to use
