Mighty Slice was founded in 2022 by cofounders Emily and Jamie, based on one core belief: that life tastes better with dessert.

But, given their shared commitment to a healthy lifestyle, they found that they didn’t indulge in dessert as often as they would have liked.

Bored of the protein offerings she found in supermarkets, and frustrated with the lack of healthier dessert options available, Emily began making her own protein desserts in her kitchen - ones not only tasted good, but did good as well.

She began sharing the treats with family and friends and soon, she found herself inundated with requests for her protein cheesecakes.

As demand grew, she quit her day job as a lawyer - and so, Mighty Slice was born.

You’ll need:

* 1 x Mighty Slice Zesty Lemon Flavour
* 1 tsp lemon curd
* 2 mini meringues (1 to crumble, 1 to place on top)
* A few blueberries
* 1 sprig of fresh mint

How to serve:

Spread a little lemon curd over your slice, then add blueberries, crumble one mini meringue over the top, and finish with the second meringue and a sprig of mint. A bright, high-protein treat that tastes like summer.
