The Cheese
The cows on the Ashley chase Estate graze on the lush pastures of West Dorset, with spectacular views of the rugged Jurassic coast. The Dorset Red we use in these biscuits is hand-made, and cold-smoked over oak chips for a dark and smoky taste.

A Real Cheese Biscuit
We never use cheese powder or artificial flavour in our biscuits. The only way to capture the taste of Great British cheeses is to grate British cheeses. So we freshly grate the Dorset Red ourselves, and then hand-bake our biscuits for that home-made taste.
