The Vale of Belvoir is Old Norman for 'beautiful view', and it covers Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, two of only three places that can make Stilton. Cropwell Bishop Stilton® is hand-made to a traditional recipe, and it is complex, rich and robust.

A Real Cheese Biscuit
We never use cheese powder or artificial flavour in our biscuits. The only way to capture the taste of great British cheeses is to grate British cheeses. So we finely crumble the Cropwell Bishop Stilton® ourselves, and then hand-bake our biscuits for that home-made taste.
