The Cheese
The Wookey Hole Caves are part of Somerset's rolling Mendip Hills, the home of Cheddar. The Cheddar we use in these biscuits is hand-made, wrapped in cloth and then aged in the Wookey Hole Caves to create its deep, mellow and earthy flavour.

A Real Cheese Biscuit
We never use cheese powder or artificial flavour in our biscuits. The only way to capture the taste of Great British cheeses is to grate British cheeses. So we freshly grate the Cheddar ourselves, and then hand-bake our biscuits for that home-made taste.
