Minvita Organic Sprouted Jasmine GABA Rice

Organic Sprouted GABA Rice, also called Germinated Brown Rice (GBR), is made from top quality Thai jasmine wholegrain rice which is naturally germinated before milling.


The germination process encourages production of vitamins, nutrients and amino acids in the rice kernel in preparation for growth. When the maximum possible nutrition level is reached after 24 hours,we parboil it, locking in all the added vitamins, nutrients and amino acids, especially gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Directions:
Add 50g of rice with 350mls of water (can be adjusted).
Rinsing not needed.
Place rice and water together in a pot with a lid.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
