Maison Mirabeau's story is one of following a dream and a passion for Provence's elegant rosé wines. In 2010, Jeany and Stephen Cronk moved their family from South London to Provence to create world-class rosé wines. Regional information
Hailing from the vineyards on the coveted south side of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, with pebbly limestone soils and a large diurnal range, renowned for the airy freshness this climate imparts to their accomplished rosés. Enhanced by elements from vineyards in the central Var, adding length and complexity.
Tasting notes
An ethereal pale-pink colour with silver reflections, beautiful clarity and a beguiling nose of citrus, grapefruit and a hint of lychee. Pronounced mineral structure and elegant wild strawberry. For any occasion that calls for something a little special.

Vinification details
Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan-friendly.
