Product Information
Our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc grows in the South Okanagan Valley, where it thrives in the soil, microclimates, and terrain of our estate owned and farmed vineyards. Specific vines from meticulously selected vineyard blocks in Oliver and Osoyoos were chosen to achieve an incredibly bright wine highlighted by notes of citrus, passionfruit and lime.

History
Our 2020 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was primarily grown in our southernmost estate vineyards in Osoyoos. Each vineyard has a distinct micro-climate lending unique flavour characteristics to the varietal before it becomes part of the final blend. The Oliver Vineyard, first planted in 1996, is a diverse vineyard with more than 60 different individual blocks.

Regional information
Average Okanagan spring temperatures began the 2020 growing season with periods unusually cold and wet weather. The dry, warm and hot summer produced good growth permitting all varieties to ripen with excellent balance and incredible flavour intensity. The ripening (veraison) period was near perfect as a result of the warm and dry summer conditions extending through autumn and into the fall and our 2020 harvest concluded on October 30, a beautiful vintage in the Okanagan.
