Sweet Teriyaki Sauce
Mix 50 ml soy sauce, 50ml mirin-style, 2.5g sugar & 50ml cooking sake in a pan.
Boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 mins, stirring frequently. Serve immediately. Do not reheat. Guide only.

Recipe Idea - Sweet Teriyaki Sauce
Serves - 2
Ingredients:
•50ml soy sauce
•50ml Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning
•2.5g sugar
•50ml cooking sake

1. Mix 50ml soy sauce, 50ml Mirin-Style Honteri, 2.5g sugar and 50ml cooking sake into a pan and mix.
2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to a low simmer until thick and glossy, stirring frequently.
