•3 tbsp mirin (we recommend Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning)
•1/2 tsp salt
•1-2 vegetables of choice
Mix ingredients together and pour over vegetables of choice and cover for 10 mins.
Perfect for salads, poke bowls, sandwiches, or burgers — these pickles add a vibrant crunch and pop of colour to any dish.
