only just cover contents with water.. microwave until dry, eat with soy milk. fabulous, thick % low calorie..
wanted to try an alternative to another brand. It tends to be a lot messier in the microwave and not great texture .
Hubby likes them
My hubby got a taste for the syrup oats so simple sachets so I was surprised he liked these. He prefers these now so after we finish up the stash of OSS one's I will be buying more for our campervan as it's handy having sealed sachets to keep fresh in-between trips away.
I...don't understand what is happening for me with this product. I'm using soy milk so that could be an issue, but 180mls to the amount of porridge in one packet is yielding nothing but soup with a few bits of oats floating in it. I've found if I use one and a half packets and about 160 mls of milk it works out okay. But surely the point is this is supposed to be easier? I'll take traditional porridge, thanks.
Not much to say
Porridge is porridge, that's it. Good price for a product of its type.
Why? I've never struggled measuring out a few spoonfuls of porridge from a big bag, adding some milk and sticking it in the microwave. These add needless packaging and the contents aren't that great either. Avoid.
