Did I get a faulty one?..
I was very surprised with how unpleasant this was. I wonder if I got a bad batch, though it didn't look suspicious at all. No flavour whatsoever, very bland with a slightly unpleasant taste that I am struggling to describe. If you were to have a salad and then rinse a bowl with some water and eat that water: bland, slightly veggie flavoured and borderline off.. It was bad enough for me to spit it out and I generally love sauerkraut!

very tasty
Its so tasty, not too sour or unnecessarily sweet. Only natural ingredients- cabbage and carrot. Delicious!

Really nice finely shredded and the carrot gives a hint of sweetness
