A new take on one of Mount Gay's classics, specially created by Master Blender Trudiann Branker to keep her native Barbados' love for white rum paramount.

Now featuring aged double distillated resulting in a smoother finish than the previous blend, our new Silver is best enjoyed with friends after a long day.

Mount Gay Silver is made using a blend of pot and column still rums, differentiating from most white rums who use column still only. This gives a complexity to the liquid and rich tropical fruit notes, which make it fantastic in cocktails.

The pot still part of the blend is aged for 2 years in ex-American Whiskey casks. The liquid is clear due to the double charcoal filtration, which removes the colour and adds to the smooth, elegant flavour, characteristic of Mount Gay Silver.

A smooth and refined rum, Mount Gay Silver delivers citrus, floral, grapefruit and butterscotch aromas, alongside flavors of ripe fruit, toffee, cane and butterscotch. This rum is best served long, classic cocktails such as he Mojito.
