Serving Suggestion: Mowi organic salmon has a distinctive but delicate flavour. Cook with some chopped chives or maybe a citrus butter - see our website for details.

Cooking Instructions - General. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins.
Preheat oven to 200℃/ Fan 180℃/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins.
Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Once oil is hot add the fillets to the pan skin side down and reduce the heat to medium. Turn occasionally during cooking.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge below 5℃. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: See front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing: For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18℃ and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
