Certified as Organic by Soil Association, MOWI Organic salmon fillets are 100% Scottish and raised responsibly in the cool, clear coastal waters off the West of Scotland. These beautiful salmon are hand selected and expertly cured and smoked over beech and oak chippings by MOWI kilnsmen over many hours.

We ensure every serving of MOWI salmon is high in Omega 3. Each portion typically has 850mg of Omega 3 fatty acids every day contributes to the normal function of the heart.

MOWI organic salmon (and their feed) is fully traceable plus independent and regularly audited to ensure a responsible use of the environment.

Storage:
Please look after this product keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack.
Suitable for freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
