Warming instructions: Place fillets onto foil lined baking tray and loosely cover. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12-14 mins.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge below 5℃. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: See front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18℃ and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
