Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under carefully controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product.
Check food is piping hot.
Do not reheat once cooled.
As the natural size and thickness of fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750 watts. 2 minutes 30 seconds.
To cook in pack: Remove outer label. Do not pierce or remove packaging film. Place pack directly in the microwave and heat on Full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute in the microwave.
Remove covering carefully, as steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. 18 minutes.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 18 minutes.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
