Cooking Instructions - General. As the natural size and thickness of fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.
Remove covering carefully, as steam may escape. Check food is piping hot.
Do not reheat once cooled.
Air-fryer friendly. All appliances vary.
For air-fryer cooking instructions, please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750 watts. 2 minutes 30 seconds.
To cook in pack: Remove outer label. Do not pierce or remove packaging film. Place pack directly in the microwave and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute in the microwave.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. 18 minutes.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 18 minutes.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below-18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
