not good
Took ages to bloom, when they did, developed nasty black aphids everywhere that didnt go away no matter what treatment was applied. Ocado has better other seeds to try.
not favourite
for me these seeds were the TOP1 in a germination success of all the seeds i sowed this summer. like previous reviews mentioned, not all of the flowers appeared to be red. i got a mix of red and orange... which I don't mind! however, description should mention that. super fast growing vibrant flowers overall. however, few flowers were very strong, fast-growing and amazing-looking, but few were weak and very small while being grown in exactly the same conditions in exactly the same time-frames. also, very attractive to pests in my experience. therefore, may need a little extra protection&pest control. i'm not sure i would buy it again.
Never saw any red Nasturtiums yet!
Planted and watched where I had and never saw a single red Nasturtium. Seeds seem to be an expensive mistake like throwing money down the drain
Wrong seeds
These were not as advertised I had yellow and orange blooms not red and bright lime green leaves
beautiful striking red
Werent quite as easy to germinate as the other fothergills nasturtiums. I started them on window sill in March and put them outside about April. now they are in full bloom and are beautiful plants: leaves are a darker green than the ordinary nasturtiums and the flowers are a deep red. The interesting thing is my ordinary nasturtiums are getting swamped by black fly but these have slightly tougher leaves and the black fly arent going for them so much. Still taste nice and peppery.
100% germination success rate
All the seeds from my pack have grown! They haven't grown big enough to flower yet, but all the plants look good and healthy. This means 25 lovely bedding plants for the price of a packet of seeds, bargain!
