Extra late, tasty 'Ormskirk' type with firm, dense heads of crinkled leaves.
March to May.

In trays of moist compost. Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost and firm gently. Keep at approx. 13°C and keep moist. Seedlings appear 7-21 days. When large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart in trays of compost. Gradually acclimatise to outside conditions. Transplant to final position with 60cm between plants and rows. Firm in well. Keep moist and weed free. December to March.

Harvest when firm and solid.
Rotate Brassica crops yearly.
