Indulgent Blondie Mix Madagascan Vanilla & White Chocolate
It's the little things that mean the most, like a little help from Mr Kipling to bake exceedingly good cakes at home.
You will need
75g Melted butter (unsalted)
Or 75ml Vegetable oil
75ml Water
1 x Medium egg
Equipment:
8 x 8 inch lined brownie tray
Electric hand whisk

Instructions
Heat
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.
Whisk
Tip the Mr Kipling Signature Madagascan Vanilla & White Chocolate Blondie mix into a bowl and pour in the melted butter or oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on a medium speed until well combined.
Bake
Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 24 - 28 minutes until crisp on the top and moist in the centre.
Enjoy
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
