Perfect in every respect!
Mr Organic ACV and Raw Health Organic ACV with The Mother are equally excellent. I love Mr Organic and Raw Health brands anyway and decided to try their OACV – they are both outstanding! Not too sharp or acidic, with a delicate taste of apple and perfect amount of tang from fermentation by The Mother. Their health benefits are countless. I dilute with a glass of water first thing in the morning which is intensely refreshing before breakfast, and they make a delicious salad dressing (with Biona Organic Avocado Oil). Also, as one reviewer mentioned, they even go well with oven chips! Both brands are perfect in every way.

Nice, not as tart as other vinegars
I bought this because I had been reading about the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. I do not like vinegary foods so I kept putting off trying it. However when I did summon up the courage I was so surprised to find that I liked it. I put half to one tablespoon in a tall glass of water and stirred it. I found that I could taste the apples but it was not all that vinegary really. What a nice surprise. I can enjoy the health benefits without having to hold my nose :-). You do need to give the bottle a shake before using as sediment falls to the bottom.
