This delicious Authentic Italian Bolognese pasta sauce is crafted in Italy by our chef Andrea with an aspiration to offer a Healthier Choice sauce with less salt, no added sugar and full taste. Made from our own sun-ripened tomatoes and a selection of classic Mediterranean herbs.
All our sauces are made at our own sustainable production base next to our farms in Italy and we can track each tomato back to the field in which it was grown. We build long-lasting relationships with our farmers and when it comes to selecting our food, we make sure that only the best goes inside our jars and tins. To top it off, our tomatoes are always packed within a few hours of harvest, keeping their flavour and freshness fully intact.
From seed to jar, we take care of it all!
All Mr. Organic food is made with organically grown ingredients and love for our planet.

thin and sour
I bought it because it was labelled organic. But I wonder if it isnt a scam to charge twice the price for an inferior product. I eat organic tomatoes. I have organic olive oil. I eat organic herbs and spice including garlic, basil, thyme. They all taste delicious. So why cant a company make an organic pasta sauce that also tastes nice? Give it a miss. It is on sale for a reason.
Worth a little extra
This is quite a small jar - for 500g of mincemeat I use one and a half jars. It is my husband and son's favourite. It is more pricey than some other bolognese sauces - but it is organic, and does taste better than others. I add red wine, and a little Worcester sauce at the end of simmering.
Its quite bland so it does need a glug of red wine, onions etc to give it a nicer flavour but not bad.
Use weekly on rice pasta, it's delicious! Nicest tomato based sauce I've tried, love the fennel in it.
Checking it more closely I realised the lid wasn't sealed, having a visible bump. Unfortunately I tasted the moldy sauce and was an awful experience, not to mention that I really have to stay away from any mold and yeast ... I have pictures if needed to prove this... and will stay away from now on.
Great vegan sauce
Really good vegan sauce, could be used with pasta, or in a veggie curry type dishes. Made cooking really easy, I added more salt, was top notch.
