Vinification details
Central Otago had a top growing season in 2012 compared to the rest of New Zealand which struggled with unsettled cool weather. Our Bendigo vineyard was blessed with warm stable weather from late spring to harvest in early March, keeping the disease pressure low. The fruit was able to slowly develop through the season, with harvest commencing when the grapes reached optimum ripeness.
