Preparation and Usage

1 Preheat your oven to 210°C (190°C fan).
2 Add four chicken breasts (around 500g) to the bag with the seasoning and give it a little shake so everything's evenly coated.
3 Fold the open edge of the bag twice so it's creased, pop it flat on a baking tray (with the fold facing down) and onto the bottom rack of your oven.
4 Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Hot Tip
Use the juices as a gravy and pour over your chicken and sides. Even better, add a drizzle of your favourite Peri-Peri Sauce on the side.

The obvious-but-important bits
Warning: Flammable bag.
Do not use in a gas oven.
Electric oven only - make sure the grill's off and don't exceed the specified temperature.
Bag expands while cooking so leave space between the sides and top of the oven.
Be careful when re-opening the bag, contents will be hot.
Don't reuse the bag.

Cooking guidelines

Oven cook - From Ambient. Bags are oven safe to 425°F (218°C).
Use caution when opening the bag as the contents will be hot.
Do not allow the bag to touch open flame.
Do not reuse the bag.
For use in conventional ovens.
Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Place the bag on a baking tray with the seams upwards and put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
When the buzzer goes, open the bag, coat the chicken in the juices and serve. Enjoy!
