Disappointing
Maybe this works better on some dishes than others but I was honestly disappointed by it. I've never actually been to a Nando's restaurant in the flesh so no idea if this recipe is the same as that used in their restaurants, but I just found it disappointing, not too flavoursome and what flavour there was was just odd - not what I'd classify as peri peri flavour at all. Wouldn't buy again.
Great
My kids love to use this in toasties and sandwiches to add a little more flavour. They love the Nando's restaurant too and it tastes just the same. Also, it lasts a while as you don't need much to add some heat and flavour.
Cracking sauce
Great as a marinade for haddock. Not sharp but full of flavour
Way too salty
Far too much salt in this. It ruined my dinner. Now I've looked at the ingredients, I see there is 6g per 100g, unlike the lemon/coriander which has 2.6g per 100g. What a difference!
Not sure...
If this is typical of Nandos cuisine then I really dont get what it. Tastes like a chip shop curry sauce.
All heat and no flavour
Im not a fan of nando's and now I know why.
