| FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora British Organic Spring Greens These Organic Spring Greens come from our grower Dan in Lancashire. Modern varieties of Spring Greens have been bred for wide leaves with very little rib, and they require intensive chemical intervention to stave off winter diseases. Dan grows his from seeds he has saved over 15 years, benefiting from pronounced, tender ribs, providing definition while also acting as a natural defense barrier against fungal disease during their long, cold month growing season. How to cook with spring greens These organic spring greens have a complexity of flavour and meatier texture than many varieties, so they work well for blanching and then stuffing with rice and minced lamb with spices of your choice. Shredded and simply fried off with butter and garlic is also a great choice. What is Natoora?
