Natoora British Shallots

- Fresh, round shallots sourced straight from a specialist onion grower in Bedfordshire. Sourced with their green leaves still attached - use them as you would spring onions.

- Milder in flavour than conventional onion varieties, with a naturally higher concentration of sugars. Sweet enough to eat raw.

- The rich sandy soils of the Greensand Ridge are ideal for onion and shallot growing, and the family have been growing onions for 30 years on this land.

- All of their fields are ringed by strips of uncultivated land, which are rich in wild flora and fauna, and encourage biodiversity.
