- Now into its fourth generation, the family pours over a century of artisanal knowledge into every step, from choosing top‑quality milk to hand‑assembling each cheese.
- Burrata is a speciality cheese filled with mozzarella strands and cream. Expect a sweet, milky and buttery flavour.
