not much taste
Was quite disappointed as didnt have much taste - very small for the price
bad before use by date
Bought three of these and they were all bad(one moldy and two taste sour) four days before the use by date, never had the same issue with burrata from other brands.
taste gone
I tried this burrata before, sometimes it taste gone some times they are good. If you lucky to get fresh one they taste nice.
small
Bought on flash sale lovely and soft and creamy but not sure it would be worth it at full price
acidic
One can tell the quality of mozzarella or burrata by tasting the water its submerged in. It was unpleasantly acidic like others have said.. which is a sign of being about to go sour. Idk if it was because mine was only a few days away from the use by date, but its def not worth the price.
