| FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Fresh Italian Broad Beans - Tender, thin-skinned beans in their pods straight from a grower in Campania, southern Italy. - Domenico grows the heritage Acquadulce variety from his own saved seeds, passed down through three generations of his family. - Cultivated in open fields, at the start of the season the young pods are extremely tender, bearing thin-skinned, small beans that don’t require double podding. - Grown with minimum intervention, both his fresh beans lack the bitterness found in industrially-cultivated varieties. - In season from February to August. Take it further - Toss blanched beans in melted butter with fresh dill and lemon juice. - Marinate in vinegar, mustard seeds, dill, and a touch of sugar. - Puree with garlic and mint for broad bean pesto.
