Our silky hummus is made with extra virgin olive oil harvested in Southern Rethymno in Crete, with the aroma of freshly picked olives in every spoonful. This one is topped with zhough, a Middle Eastern condiment floral with fresh coriander and chopped fresh jalapeño peppers. Our dips are made fresh, unpasteurised, with no preservatives or additives.
