What is the difference between a white and green courgette?
Grezzina are a versatile, virtually seedless courgette known for its natural sweetness and lighter flesh, with a striped skin. Natoora’s White Courgettes are sourced from growers in Lazio, the rich growing region around Rome. We select a smaller size for lower water content and a firm - not spongy - texture.
How to cook with Natoora White Courgettes?
Peeled raw into a tangle of thin ribbons, then tossed with mint and ricotta, these Grezzina courgettes are a perfect summer side dish. We also love to slice them into planks, then grill them, to serve with lemon zest and chopped almonds.
