Natoora Large Leaf Unwashed Spinach

These large, succulent and meaty leaves are full of earthy, mineral flavour. They work well in soups, pasta fillings and quiches, but they have so much flavour that they are perfect simply steamed and dressed with some extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.

Wash before use.

Spinach will reduced quite drastically when cooked so allow about 200g per person. To cook, place in a pan (with no extra water) and cook on low for 5 minutes. You might need to then press and drain any extra liquid. Alternatively, try them sauteed with garlic and pinenuts.

Wash thoroughly as these come with roots and dirt.
