Product Information
| FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Large Ripe Yellow Peaches What is a yellow peach? Natoora’s Large White Yellow peaches are visually striking with deep yellow skins and a matching tone inside. Their juicy flesh has an intensely sweet flavour compared to white peaches. Where are Natoora Yellow Peaches grown? Our peaches are grown in Italy, sourced from two different growers with whom we have long-term relationships. Domenico grows peaches on volcanic soil in Campania, harvesting late and with minimum intervention throughout the growing process to ensure the best flavour. Gianluca grows peaches in Piedmont, some of his peach trees are over 30 years old, having been planted by his father. How should I eat yellow peaches? They are delicious eaten raw, sliced and tossed through salads. They pair wonderfully with nuts and creamy burrata. Halved, stoned and grilled, these peaches ooze their natural sugar which caramelises beautifully. What is Natoora? Natoora sells flavour-first produce sourced through direct and transparent relationships with our growers. Not only does this create a unique supply chain; but through face-to-face conversations with our growers and tasting their produce at origin, we always know what’s in season, ensuring that our produce is at its freshest and most flavourful when it reaches you. Natoora also works with deli, dairy and dry goods producers who share our commitment to provenance, and we make our own range of soups, dips, juices and wholegrain sourdough breads. Our packaging is plastic-free and home compostable. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin. |

Brand details
Our season for Yellow Peaches begins in Tarragona and Catalunya in Spain, where the weather is warmer earlier in the year. As summer progresses we source them first from Campania, Italy and then from a specialist stone fruit grower in Montauban, France, where we also get our Reine Claude plums. We always select varieties for flavour rather than yield and our peaches are allowed to fully ripen on the tree, ensuring consistently high levels of natural sugars in the flesh.
