A ruined tiramisu
This mascarpone is really tick, but I thought because it was better quality. However, it was acid tasting before its expiry date, which should not happen. I still went ahead in preparing the tiramisu but I had to bin it because of the overpowering bad taste.
price per 100g is wrong!
The price by weight is out by a power of 10. This is the most expensive not cheapest option!
Organic please
Organic from Brescia or Riverford Dairy would enable our True-amisu deserts. Come on Natoora and Ocado, you know you can.
Great marscapone
Have used this many times in the past for a fabulous tiramisu and works a treat every time. Not cheap, but mixes well and taste is smooth and rich, without a fatty aftertaste. Very good.
Wonderful as a treat
Wonderful mascarpone which I buy to serve with pandoro and pannetone. Too costly to buy for cooking.
Off
Opened same day it was received, both tubs were off. Thankfully tried before adding to rest of ingredients.
