These sticky and sweet dates are both harvested and prepared by hand, preserving Palestinian culinary traditions and their exceptional quality. What do Medjool Dates taste like? Medjool Dates are rich with a natural brown sugar or toffee-like flavour. Paired with their sticky texture, they are a luxurious eating experience. How should I serve Medjool Dates? These dates can be slowly roasted until jammy and served with cous-cous, or slow-braised in a tagine or stew. Their deep caramel-like sweetness and chewy texture means they’re wonderful straight out of the packet, paired with salty cheese, or sliced and filled with peanut butter and a generous sprinkle of flaky salt.
