These carrots are brightly coloured, hence their name, and varietally diverse, with crisp texture and a minerally flavour. How to: cook with British Organic Rainbow Carrots These visually striking carrots are perfect when roasted whole under tender with a bite, tossed in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flaky sea salt, and dressed liberally with seasonal herbs. To enjoy them raw, shave into ribbons and mix with olive oil, lemon zest and fresh dill. Crumbled feta on top is a gorgeous pairing, too. What is Natoora?
